Our team works on a diverse set of data including LIDAR and co-registered high resolution imagery. The intern will work on developing a novel algorithm for moving object detection and its removal from the LIDAR point cloud data.
Skills we are looking for
- Python, C/C++ experience
- Research experience in computer vision, machine learning or related fields.
- Ability to prototype an algorithm.
- Currently pursuing a M.S. or PhD in computer science or related field

We are indexing reality to create a 3D street-level data mine. This data mine powers next generation HERE map platform with functionality ranging from turn-by-turn navigation and routing, to augmented reality and 3D mapping.
