This position entails researching and developing novel software and quantitative algorithms for analyzing clinical radiological images, including CT, MRI, SPECT, PET and Ultrasound. Candidates filling this position will have gain experience in (i) image analysis, (ii) machine learning and deep learning, (iii) disease quantification and informatics, and (iv) systems biology, by joining a multidisciplinary team of computer scientists, engineers, clinical physicians, radiologists, and radiologic physicists.
Candidates must have or soon expect to receive Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Biomedical Imaging or a related field. Applicants with a proven track record as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications on image processing or computer visualization and having strong software development and C++ skills are encouraged to apply.
