A postdoc position is available starting October at Oregon State University in the group of Fuxin Li. Applicants should hold a PhD in computer vision, especially 3D computer vision, robotics, or a related area with a solid background in machine learning techniques. A strong research record is required, documented by publications at first-tier conferences (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NIPS, RSS) and journals (IJCV, PAMI). We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual who enjoys working in an collaborative research environment. Good communication skills and fluency in English are required. The post-doctoral position is provided for up to 1.5 years with competitive salary. The starting dates are flexible. Dr. Fuxin Li will join Oregon State University in the fall of 2015. Prior to joining OSU, Fuxin is a research scientist in the Georgia Institute of Technology. He received his Ph.D. in the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has held postdoctoral appointments in University of Bonn and Georgia Institute of Technology since then. Dr. Li were the (co)-winners of the PASCAL VOC Segmentation Challenges from 2009-2012 and had received a Microsoft scholar award. His homepage can be found at
