Some of the techniques that are frequently used by their R&D team: Tracking, structure from motion, SLAM, 3D modelling, 2D/3D image processing, image based rendering & modelling, stereo vision, multi-view processing, segmentation, orientation, estimation, regression and so-forth.
The successful candidate will have the luxury of having ownership on projects and working from innovation, to research, to IP generation, to prototyping and all the way through to product development and delivery.
One of the live projects the successful candidate will have the chance to work on is researching and developing a fully immersive 3D experience. This project represents to work on cutting-edge technology in an area that could transcend into the global consumer market. Candidates will ideally have a PhD from a leading institute in Computer Vision, Image/Video Processing as well as good publication record and demonstrable strong engineering skills in C++.
