The firm I am working with have already built a world-class R&D team that have already contributed to disruptive technology in a number of ways. They work with some of the biggest house-hold names in the world and their list of business partners is growing by the day. Having received a number of huge rounds of funding, they budget for the Computer Vision team enables them a platform of all the tools and support they need to create state-of-the-art work that can be viewed/used by millions of people around the world.
Candidates should have a strong academic background in Computer Vision/Image Processing as well as an excellent understanding of Machine Learning. My client is hiring for a number of different profiles within this space one requires Deep Learning expertise. For the others, candidates will also be able to learn Deep Learning on the job even if it is not yet something they have had the opportunity to work on. All candidates should have demonstrable excellence in C++ and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various international teams. Candidates should also have a good publication history in leading conferences.
The role(s) I am hiring for give candidates the opportunity to earn an excellent salary whilst researching and developing within Computer Vision, something that is not always apparent in academia/other firms. Candidates will also be able showcase their talents to the world and bring Computer Vision to the everyday consumer market.
