Description: The CCVL Lab is seeking one postdoctoral researcher for computer vision projects now. The research fields include: • Hierarchical/compositional models for image labeling and parsing • Object recognition, detection and parsing • Geometric and layout analysis for scene images • Image segmentation

Application Instructions: The prospective applicant should have a PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related discipline, with experience and background in computer vision, machine learning, pattern recognition, neural science and/or cognitive psycology. Skilled required include mathematical modeling and programming abilities (e.g., C/C++, Matlab, CUDA). Knowledge of hierarchical probabilistic models and machine learning is strongly required. Interesting in neuroscience is desired but not essential. A strong publication record in major computer vision conferences and journals is pre-requisite. The starting date is flexible, and there is no fixed deadline.
