Description: We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join the Computational Radiology Laboratory at Boston Children's Hospital.
The goal of the research is to develop highly innovative and advanced image processing techniques to analyze brain growth in fetal and neonatal periods through the development of motion-robust diffusion weighted MRI.
PhD in electrical or biomedical engineering, computer science, or a related field with a focus on biomedical image processing.
Experience in biomedical image registration and restoration.
Experience in magnetic resonance imaging and image processing.
Experience in computer programming with C++ including ITK.
Experience in developing/using medical image processing tools.
Demonstrated record of high-quality publications in the field.
Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and scientific writing skills.
Previous experience in neuroimaging, diffusion weighted imaging, tractography, parallel computing, and GPU CUDA programming is a plus.
