Every paper must have at least one author registered by the camera ready deadline, January 10. This can be a student author and one person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
All Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, any tutorials and workshops, daily refreshment breaks, dinner buffets, and access to the digital download proceedings (contains all workshops).

*The Workshop only pass is valid for one day of admission to workshops on Thursday, March 30. It does not include main conference sessions.
Obtaining Visa Letters of Invitation
Email and 1st class US mail (no tracking) is free. Express mail service is $62 – see optional items page during registration.
- Your FULL name, including salutation (Mr, Ms, Mrs).
- The paper title and number (include name of workshop if applicable).
- Whether you want a hard copy or an email document. E-mail is preferred.
- Your Full mailing address or email address as appropriate.
- Your registration confirmation number (ie. Reference number).
We will not issue visa letters without confirmation that you have registered and paid. Please know that your letter will be turned around as quickly as possible. Any fraudulent requests will be reported to the proper authorities.
Refund Policy All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. NO REFUNDS will be made after March 6, 5pm EST. However, you are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.

You can update your registration or make a substitution– click the link above, select “Change your Existing Registration”, enter your email and password. Then select “continue”.
